3. Liability for Services and Bookings

Mallorca-United acts solely as a platform operator and only mediates the connection between providers and customers. Providers are solely responsible for the execution and fulfillment of the services offered. Mallorca-United is not liable for any damages resulting from faulty services or non-fulfillment of the offers by the providers.

4. Liability for Technical Errors

Mallorca-United is not liable for technical failures that may affect access to the platform or the booking of services. This includes website downtime, server issues, or errors in payment processing.

5. Liability for Third Parties

6. Right of Withdrawal and Consent for Immediate Execution

The customer acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or execution has commenced.
