Terms and Conditions for the "Mallorca-United" Portal

(Applicable under Spanish Law)

§ 1 Preamble

Mallorca-United was established to create a peaceful and cooperative professional environment for self-employed individuals in Mallorca working in the field of body, mind, and soul. Our platform promotes respectful interaction based on shared values.

§ 2 Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all members and users of Mallorca-United. By using the platform, members agree to these terms. Any deviations from these conditions require written approval from the operators.

§ 3 Principles and Values

The use of Mallorca-United is based on the following values, which all members are expected to respect and adhere to:

• Peace: Promoting peaceful interaction with each other.
• Authenticity: Truthfulness and authenticity are lived and promoted.
• Connection: Community and connection are central values.
• Spirituality: A holistic focus on body, mind, and soul.

§ 4 Rules of Conduct

• Adherence to Values: Members commit to promoting and respecting the aforementioned values.
• Respectful Interaction: Discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior is prohibited.
• Honoring Agreements: All agreements are binding and must be adhered to.
• Abstaining from Harmful Behavior: Behavior that endangers health or the value community is prohibited.

§ 5 Sanctions for Violations

• Warning.
• Temporary or permanent suspension of access.
• Exclusion from the community.

§ 6 Liability

The operators of Mallorca-United are not liable for content published by users. Members are responsible for their own content. The operators are only liable for intentional or gross negligence, but not for technical issues or data losses.

§ 7 Changes to Terms and Conditions

The operators reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are made is considered acceptance of the new terms.

§ 8 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Spanish law applies.
